Triforce rumor destroyed!

HYRULE: The Land of Zelda staff, together with their contacts at Nintendo Power
made this exclusive investigation to reveal the truth about the Triforce

February 15, 1999

Okay...I have a rumor to let loose, and is this going to stir the water pretty bad too! OKay I had to strangle my source a little bit to reveal this information but he finally told me. He has heard of a confirmation of the triforce existing in Zelda 64. He also says that there is more than one way to skin a cat too if you catch my drift. He says there are several ways to get to the triforce, but he doesnt know what they are. FYI, the triforce is easy to get to from what he says but it is so simple everyone over looks it.

March 3, 1999

So I was talking to my source at Nintendo about the triforce. He finaly broke down and told me yet some more interesting stuff. He told me that he was looking at the new discovery of the triforce and he said that it has its validity but it is "too hard" of a process for a Miyamoto game. This has to be rather simple, but complicated to find the triforce. That is Miyamoto for you. Well, from all the info floating around in secret at Nintendo, the triforce is connected to the Temple of Light. This is where the triforce is resting before Link goes in to sleep (you know, that is when the triforce splits and stuff). By the way, it is young Link that sees the triforce and not Adult Link. Also, from what my source understands by all the information Link can not touch the triforce, it distorts the whole plot of Zelda so that is out of the question for him touching it. That is all the information he can get out people up there. So it is there, we just have to find a way....AND if you are wondering about the triforce that is in the sub screen, well, it was ment for us to get the triforce at one time, but the whole plot of this game was changed and that was left as a mystery to us!

On March 11, we received an Email. We cannot say whether it is true or not.
If it is, then why our sources keep saying that there's a way to get the Triforce?

We show it here the way we received it:

OKay, I have some rather dissappointing news. After all the rumors and all the fuss over the triforce, my source contacted me today. Lots of stuff has been going on in his office. In fact, it has been a little crazy! There have been a few leaks in his office, and obviously he was the one! Well, as it turns out, he was not caught be telling the triforce "rumor" but he did tell me it was suspected that the person was in his office. Well, the whole thing from him was a fake. In fact, the rumor in his office was a "mole hunt" to see who the leak was. He was not found, but this caused plenty of problems for us. It means that out real quest section was not real. In fact, it was all false. Also, from all the mess that occoured in his office, it was finally told that the triforce can not be found in Zelda 64. All in all, my search is over. I am a little upset that his office would do such a horrible thing to just find a leak in there office. I mean, it caused a big uproar believe me. As far as I know, they are right about the triforce not being in Zelda 64, but, again they could be lieing again!

As the editor of this site I want to apologize for all the inconveniences that this may have caused you. Our intention was to reveal the truth about this rumor. Well, in fact we did. We are sure that there is no possible way to get the Triforce in Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. Spots said it all.
We tell you: This is over. All the rumors are false. Including that "Miyamoto's poem". Everything related to the Triforce is a lie. And it's time that we stop dreaming.

Q: Is it possible to get the Triforce in Zelda: The Ocarina of Time?

A: No, there's no possible way to get the Triforce in Zelda: The Ocarina of Time.

Play Zelda: A Link to the Past if you need to feel the power in your hands.

Thanks to our contacts in Nintendo Power for the help.
