General Zelda secrets:
NOTE: some secrets may not work in revised versions of the game
(Yes, there are several versions of Zelda:TOoT)

Swordless Link

This trick will only work in some versions of Zelda: OoT.
Fight Ganon and lose your Master Sword. Now, save your game. Restart the game and load your saved file. You'll be without the master sword, and you'll have a "beta" Deku Stick assigned to B. Don't use the Deku Stick, as doing this will make the game crash. Note that using the reset button will not work. The Deku Stick does have a form...when I tried it while fighting Gannondorf, I saw a transparent shell of it, but of course, it froze. To get back the master sword, go back in time to young Link, and then go forward 7 years, the Deku Stick will dissapear and you will have the Master Sword back.

Master glitch

First, ride Epona to Gerudo Valley. Cross the bridge and go to the carpenters' tent. While still on Epona angle to the right and try to go in the right side of the tent. When you are lined up like this, press A and hold left. If you did it correctly you should be inside the tent without Epona. This will get easier after you get the hang of it. This leads to many glitches.

Invisibility

Do the above cheat. While in the tent warp to Lake Hylia. The invisibility will end when you the screen redraws. If you grappling on to the tree the game will lock up in a fixed camera angle and if you wait you will see your yellow position indicator on the map go all over the screen, way outside of the map. If you go to the side of Lake Hylia by the exit and call Epona, when you ride Epona it will look like you are Epona. You will be invincible from enemies but can still lose life from falling off the ladder and drown.

Get stuck WAY above Lake Hylia

First, go to Lake Hylia and go into the Water Temple. Play Farore's Wind.
Now go to the carpenters' tent and do the master glitch. While in the tent, warp to the Fire Temple. Then go in the temple. Play Farore's Wind and warp back to the point in the Water Temple. When you exit the dungeon you will be on Epona WAY above the lake. You cannot get down so you must reset the game.
You can also get stuck above the water just outside Zora's Domain. From the Fire Temple, go see the Gorons. Then go to their warp to the Lost Woods.
>From the Lost Woods, go to the underwater warp to Zora's Domain. Then exit to Hyrule Field making sure you are in the water when you exit. This will also get you stuck so you must reset the game.

Get under a minute in the marathon race

First do the master glitch. Then ask to race the running man. You should
already be on Epona when you leave the tent so you will gain a couple of
seconds. If you use this with the swordless Link glitch you can finish in
under a minute (and still lose). At the end of the race still going full
speed use the Ocarina to get off Epona. These two glitches will help improve
your time.

Ride on Epona while being DEAD

Lose almost all your life. Make it so that one bomb hit will kill you. Do
the master glitch. Warp to outside the Fire Temple, go see the Gorons, and
then exit through the Lost Woods. Then go Kokori Forest. Go to the bridge
where the running man finishes. Throw a bomb and exit at the same time you
get hit. This may take many tries. You should be taken to Hyrule Field and
be on Epona without any life if it worked correctly. You will not be able to
use any weapons even with the swordless Link glitch. Link will die whenever
he gets off Epona.

View From Link's Chest:

I have found a way to see through link's perspective, while you are on Epona. (You can do this with the grey cartridges also) Okay, First you have to get on Epona and go to a place where you can talk to someone while sitting on the horse (ex. the carpenter ,the people in the lon lon ranch, the gerudos, etc.). Then, when you get close to the person you want to talk to, and when Navi turns blue, press B to bring out your bow and arrow, and point it at the person you want to talk to.
Remember, when Navi turns blue, don't Z-Target, just stop Epona, and press B to bring out your bow and arrow. Okay, after you are pointing the bow and arrow to the person you want to talk to, press A to talk to them, after you have finished talking to them, and that small blue square comes at the end of the text that they speak, press A again to make it go away, and if you did it right, the camera should really start shaking while you are on Epona, and then after a few seconds, the camera angle will show you link's perspective. You can look all around you while on Epona, sometimes, the camera angle gets messed up, and it seems like it is inside of link, and you can see his arms holding the bow and arrow, the only bad thing is you cant move the horse while doing this. To go back to the regular camera angle, just press Z, A, or just bring out your bow again, and it should go back to normal.

Floating Arrows:

Here is another glitch linked with the "View From Link's Chest" one: once again, go on Epona, and go near a person you can talk to while on Epona. When Navi flashes blue, press B to bring out the arrows, and point at, or near the person you want to speak to.
Hold B to pull back on the arrow, but don't shoot it. Keep holding B, and press A. If you did it correctly, the arrow should be shot atomatically, and it should be floating in the air while the person is talking to you. It looks really cool.

Purple Haze:

In the fight with ganon, lose your sword. Save and reset, and then get out into the field without a sword. Mount your horse and ride to lon lon ranch during the day. Accept Malon's obstacle course challenge, but in the middle of it, use your ocarina on the horse and play the song of storms.
A purple mist will appear for about 15-30 seconds, making everything purple
sillouettes.

See Japanese Text:

WARNING: This trick will potentially delete your saved data. Only do it if you are willing to accept the consequences. Some gamers have reported serious malfunctions due to this trick. If you are one of those people that likes to push the envelope to find every glitch possible than this trick is for you, otherwise DON'T DO IT!

In order to do this, go to the name-select screen and start a new game. Once the page comes up (where you choose your letters) gently and slowly lift up on the left side of your game pak, until the sound is slightly obscured. Now, with the game pak still ajar, select any name you desire and enter it in.
After this is done, hit "end" and gently push your game pak back into the n64 console. Then shut off your n64 and start it up again ... ... If you followed the directions right then the next time you go to the name-select screen all of the text will be written in Japanese. The strangest thing though, is that if you start a game (one that was saved in the past), the in-game text will still be in English! Though, when it comes to the newly saved game, if you start it up again it will almost immediately freeze on you. Also, Note: If you do not want your names to remain in Japanese, then don't try this trick!
The only way to change the names back to English is by erasing the saved games and starting them over. Well, I hope you all enjoy this new trick!!!

Am I on A carpet or not?

In Ganon's Castle, in the last hall before
Ganondorf, you hear Link running on the carpet, but when you run on the strip of floor to either side of the carpet, it still sounds like Link's on a carpet!

Sound Glitch:

Go into Gerudo Valley. Just as you get there stop by that wooden plank. Dismount Epona with an item. Go pick up a rock. Press A to get back on Epona. Hold still and then press A to get off . When you hit the ground it sounds like you are landing on water even though you are landing on the ground.

Die two times:

Do the previous trick. Put on the sinking boots. Do not wear the Zora Tunic. On your last second of breath, press A to get on Epona. You should die then fall down in to darkness. You will reappear at the entrance.
All of a sudden you will collapse and die. It's kind of fun.

Gerudo's outfit

I found a fun new trick at the Gerudo's Fortress! As you should know, after you free all 4 carpenters there, a Gerudo appears and gives you a membership to the Gerudo's gang. She will usually be wearing green, but it really depends on what color you're wearing. Her out fit will match the exact color you're wearing, so it's fun to stand there and keep switching tunics to see the outfits change color. She look's really good in blue, but her lips are always the same color as her outfit, so for the sake of not looking asolutely digusting, it's best to go with the burgundy Goron's tunic. . .

Take the fishing rod outside the pond

I was reading your you ask we answer page and someone asked how to equip the fishing rod outside the pond and you said it probably only works on the earlier games or something but ive done it alot of times. you have to be adult and you have to have the hover boots, then you go to the fishing place and pay the guy 20 rupees put your hover boots on and start running towards the water right before your hover boots wear off cast your line it might take a few tries. the camera will mess up and you will hear noises like when your swimming then your angle will start messing up. it will take a while but you have to make your way to the door. usually when you try to go out with the rod the fishing guy will yell at you but not this time. just walk out and youll have your fishing rod equiped instead of your sword. but if you try to cast it the game will freeze and you have to reset it. so its totally useless thanks for listening.

Couple of neat things

Hello, fellow Zelda fans. Just a couple of things I've found in Zelda 64 that you might have not come across. These things aren't anything major, but they might give you a kick for a few minutes. They are:

1. As you enter the water temple and the main room, you'll notice that off to your left, there's a small, elevated ledge with a locked door and a triforce paiting. If you jump for that ledge at the right angle from the main walkway around the center post, you can get Link to do what I call his "mega pullups". He does rapid pullups at a dizzying pace, while he grunts, "Guh! Guh! Guh!" Slow down, Link!

2. Whenever you kill a Poe, Z target it, and then roll to it. If you can do it right, you'll see Link laying on the ground face up, emmitting a... foul stream of blue, yellow, or green gas from his lower end. Eww, Link! Time to cut down on the Deku Nuts!

Well, there you have it. Nothing too profound, but a couple of things worth trying for a laugh. Hope you like them.

Water Temple's skip-a-key trick

All you need is the fairy bow, arrows(duh), an ocarina, iron and kokiri boots, Zora Tunic if drowning is unappealing to you, and your handsome self. Enter the Water Temple as normal. You should find yourself in the big main room of Water Temple(the
one with the tower in the center, you know which one I'm referring to). I'll call this room the lobby. Equip your iron boots and sink to the lobby floor.
Find the room with Ruto, as you would normally, and listen to her yammering.
When she swims up, follow, as always, get the goods from the room at top, then go to the Triforce engraving and lower the water. You know how. Anyhoo, jump down, use your bow to gain entry to the barred room there, and find the prize within. There, you should have at least one key now, I don't remember exactly, but it is unimportant as far as this all is concerned. Now enter the lobby, and go right up to the tower, on the side with the door. See that locked and chained door, right there in front of you? Wouldn't it be nice to use a key on that door and go inside? Well, not really. DON'T USE A KEY ON THIS DOOR. Instead, use your Ocarina and play the Seranade of Water to warp out of the Temple, then reenter the Water Temple as fast as your little legs'll allow. The entryway is still all wet, but climb up on the ledge directly ahead and you'll see that the water level is still down all the way in the lobby. You'll want to jump off the ledge you're on, and here's how:
see the ledges around the center tower? There's a gap in them directly in front of you, where the block can float up. Hint- don't jump into this gap.
Aim yourself toward the left of it, and make a great leap. You'll miss the highest ledge, but where you wanna land is the ledge below it. If you made it, yay, if you didn't, try again, it's not really hard. Well, now you're on the second ledge, and it is a simple matter now to get inside the tower, as you can light the door-opening torch via lit torch, bow, and arrow.
Voila! You're inside the center tower! You can be a dull gus and head straight for the water-raising triforce engraving, or you can jump down and examine the locked door that you skipped using the key on. Funny, huh? You can see the lock on the front side of the door facing away from the door and walking backward in Z-target mode. Strange, no chain or anything on the back. Of course, Navi insists that it is still locked, in that irritating voice of hers. If only there was a way to skip getting Navi...
Well there ya have it. You can skip getting a key elsewhere that's a pain to get or else have an extra in the end. Whatever you like.

Two headed Epona

Go to the Gerudo fortress in the daytime. Go look at exactly where the Horse is at the horseback archery place.
Now play the Sun's Song and then call Epona. Now go to the same spot, and park Epona there. Play the Sun's Song again, and then go back to the spot, but whatever you do, DON'T call Epona! When you go back to the spot, if you did it right, (Which you probably did, it's pretty easy,) then Epona should be melded with the other horse! Now, we're probably not the first to report this, since it's so simple, but It's fun! You can do this at Lon Lon ranch too! I always thought Malon was a horse person! (Okay, I'll cut that out now)
Okay, here's the other trick. It's not nearly as good, but it's fun! Okay, go to the windmill as older Link, and pick up the cucco. Now land on the Target Practice place. Okay, now glide over to the Top of Impa's house. Now go over to the edge toward the exit, but on the very top of the house (Y'know, the pointy part). Now jump over to the nearby hill, and, well, you're there! Like I said, not very good . . .
Oh well! So have fun with these! (Credit for the first trick goes to my sister and I, and the second I did by myself.)

How To Lose and Regain the Biggoron Sword

It's a variation of the "Swordless Link" trick. Please note, you need THE MASTER SWORD for this trick to work. First, you get the rod, put on your hover boots, and while Link's hovering, cast at the water. Then, you go outside, with the fishing pole. Then, you cast near an enemy, get frozen, and be unfrozen by an attack. Then, after you
leave, you'll have the beta Deku Stick, only it'll replace the Biggoron Sword INSTEAD of the Master Sword. Save and reset the game. Remember to refrain from using the deku stick, because it'll freeze the game.
Now, here's the part which suprised me. Go to Goron City and get into Medigoron's Blade Shop. pay him the standard 200 rupees to buy the Giant's Knife. Once you pay, go into the Equipment Subscreen. The Biggoron Sword IS BACK in your possession! I hope it''s a strange enough trick to be added to the Z-Files glitches and bugs section.

Alternate way to combine the 3 spiritual stones

Here's an alternate way to combine the 3 sprirtual stones into one. Use the gameshark code 'all quest/status items' and go straight to hyrule castle.
The cartoon thing where zelda throws the Ocarina Of Time will play, now get the ocarina and head to the Temple Of Time. The stones are already there.
Now play the Song Of Time in front of the altar like normal. The cartoon thing where the Door Of Time would normally open plays, but the door doesn't open. The stones combine into one. To fix the glicth, go get the stones like you normally would and play the song again and this time it will work.

Messing with the music

Why is this secret caused? When certain things are done in the Gerudo places, the game messes up in music. It's because the player does an unexpected thing, and the game can't react.
Really, you must ride Epona to Gerudo Valley when the Sun is at its zynth (middle point). Then, goto Gerudo's Fortress. Get off her and then walk back to Gerudo Valley, then back to Gerudo's Fortress. Play the Sun's Song:
C-right C-down C-up (repeat once)
Then, since this was unexpected, the game doesn't know what to do and reacts by playing music at night. Love your site,

Make the world dissapear!

I have another glitch here for you! Now, go anywhere in Hyrule that is an open space(i.e. Hyrule Field) and hold in L for the 'Moon Jump' code, hold it in until you cant see yourself on the screen anymore, and let go. The land disapears for a few sec., and then it just appears! You can see the details fill in.

Here's another one to make the land disapear. Go to Zora's River coming from Zora's Domain and right before you cross the wooden bridge that leads out to the bigger part of Zora's River, Moon Jump over the wall and position yourself so your over a piece of land on the map and fall. You should be floating, like on the invisible platforms in the Shadow Temple! This works anywhere in Hyrule that is setup like the river.

2 Master Swords!!!

YOU NEED THE BIGGORONS SWORD TO DO THIS TRICK. First go to the fishing pond and pay to fish. Then slip on the hoverboots and run on to the water and quickly cast. (NO THIS IS NOT THE SWORDLESS LINK TRICK! Well it is but I am typing that because if someone does not know this PART of the stuff that u need to do) then press Z a couple of times so you can adjust the view to see link. then run to the door and leave (Note: You have STOLEN THE FISHING ROD!) then go to the scarecrow and cast into the water and link will sit there like he is fishing (Also: the fishing rod is invisible) then save and reset the game. This is why you need the biggorons sword.
DO NOT PRESS B AND PULL OUT THE MASTER SWORD BECAUSE A DEKU STICK WILL GO ON THE B BUTTON AT THE TOP OF THE SCREEN AND YOUR GAME WILL FREEZE. Now you know when you press start the master sword won't be there. Go to where gannon hits the master sword out of your hands- wait! the master sword wasn't on the equipment! how could this be? Press start and look at your equipment quickly- OH MY GOD! IT IS THERE BUT IT IS ALSO SITTING BY ZELDA!
Equip it and now you can see one master sword here- and one on the other side of the screen!

Neon blue pedestal of time

Okay, first when you are a kid don't get the Hylian Shield at all. If you get it, let a Like-Like eat it. (Don't know if that's important) Do all the things to get the Spiritual Stones without the Hylian Shield. When you go to time travel, do all of that normally, still without the Hylian Shield. I call it the "LinkFrek's Shieldless Trick" I doubt it has the possibilites of the Swordless Link Trick though.

Time Travel and everything should work as it did before. After you talk to Shiek go to "The Altar of Time" and do the "Get navi stuck trick." Everything should go black and it should do that. After everything goes talk, walk toward the "Pedestal of Time" and it should turn a neon blue light, probably from the arrow on Sheik's head. You can stand on it and everything.

Note:
This trick only worked for me once and was hard to pull of because of it's discovering by accident. This trick may not work on some versions.

Fly away with the hookshot chain

1)Do the epona bug, the one where you use the hookshot while riding her.
2)Go to gerudo valley.
3)While on her, shoot the hookshot on the wooden plate on the bridge, if you can't shoot, get down, and then climb her again.
4)You'll see that the hookshot's chain is stuck on the plate. Press A twice to get down from her and then-baboom- Link's flying, and he can also go trough walls like a ghost. There's more-Fly to the place where the hookshot got stucked, the plate, and touch it with link. He will jump up in the air what?20 feet high. Of you go to a place where link can stand up while the chain's stucked, you won't be able to walk, then you have to reset the game. You can even go outside the map!

Fly away with the hookshot chain (2)

Here's how to levitate! Do the swordless link glitch and get on Epona. Now, get on Epona and go to Gerudo Valley. Use your longshot on one of the bullseye's hanging over the bridge (try both), then get of the horse. Your'll jump up and then be flying. You can go very far in all directions, except that if you land the game freezes. The one way to get down without resetting is to be hit by an enemy. You can also do this on the white fences and the tree in the center, in lake Hylia.

Combine the three Spiritual stones into one!

It takes a gameshark to do it in Zelda, but it does not cause the glitch. I repeat The Gameshark does not cause the glitch. The only thing you need the gameshark for is to learn the Prelude of Light (takes you to the Temple of Time). You need to learn it as a kid and w/out gameshark you learn it as big link. Now that you have a new game w/ the Prelude of Light on it saved you can beat the game as normal. You can take the gameshark out now, it isn't needed for anything else.
Get the 3 spiritual stones as normal then go get the Ocarina of Time and learn the Song of Time. Now instead of walking into the Temple of Time, warp there. If you do not warp, the trick won't work so never walk through the doors. The 3 stones you got are already there even though you havn't played the Song of Time yet. The door of Time is sill closed though. Go play the Song of Time like normal, except this time when you play it the door doesn't open like it should. The normal movie plays but it actually changes because the door doesn't open! Even better during the movie all 3 of the stones float above your head and when they land they are all combined into one stone! It is very hard to explain what the new stone looks like so try it yourself. I took some pictures which I will send in after I get them
developed.
Please tyr this trick/ glitch because it really is simple even though it doesn't sound like it.

Amazing Song of Storms Glitch

Ok. I call this Song of Storms Glitch, The Pink and Blue Fog! Anyways, Do the Swordless Link Glitch and then go on Epona. Then go to Lon Lon Ranch. Talk to Malon and do the obstacle course. Anytime when the event is taking place (even before the timer starts!), Take out the Ocarina of Time. Link will fall off Epona and start playing the Song of Storms. You'll see what happens. OK, you think it'll be just a colored fog, but it's much worse than that! Find out for yourself! You can do this at the Horse-back Archery contest. The difference is a different color! This glitch, however will make ALL events hard or even IMPOSSIBLE!

fashioned way, or my new way. Simply moon jump over one of the fences(i've
only done it once, and that was i jumped over the fence on the right side of
the ranch from the entrance.) You should have Epona now. That's all you must
do. You dont have to have any rupees. Have fun!

Improved "crooked cartridge" glitch

Hi, this is Mike Battle. I'm going to be short, sweet, and to the point here because I know that your probably very busy with your awesome website (no, I'm not sucking up!). I have a new and improved version of the "crooked cartridge" glitch. This will work 99% of the time IF YOU PERFORM IT CORRECTLY!!!! Here are the steps:

1.) Stand in front of the person or thing you would like to try to get past with this glitch.(Try Mido or the other guy blocking the path to Hyrule Field for starters)
2.) Push the control stick up just a little, and pull gently up on the left side of the cartridge until you first hear the garbled noise.
3.) Let go of the control stick and pull gently on the right side of the cartridge about one centimeter up.
4.) Push the control stick all the way forward and pull gently on the left side of the cartridge again until you run straight through the person or thing and push the cartridge back into position.

Running man and Nayru's Love

1) This first one is for people who have not been able to find the running man in order to find the Mask of Truth.  I can tell you right now that you can only find him right after coming  from Jabu Jabu's belly.  So; for those of you who went ahead and did other stuff, like pull the master sword from the stone (I can't imagine why you'd be excited about that!), here's what to do.  Simple.  Go back to Zora's fountain and stroll right into Jabu Jabu's gaping mouth. (as a kid, O' course.) After that head right back out.  Say hi to Princess Ruto on the way out; friends are the most important thing. (In other words - I'm to lazy to find out if you have to talk to her for this to work or not - probably not.)  When you leave Zora's domain (this MUST be by way of Zora's river!) look for the running man immediately!  Don't go anywhere outside of Hyrule Field until you find him.  When you exit the River He should be to the left and a little beyond the stone wall just past the fence.
I know it's no great tip, but I knew some people who were having trouble - so this is for them.

2) This is just quick little glitch for fun.  Go comewhere where you can use Nayru's Love.  Activate it and quickly thereafter play the Prelude of Light.  Warp to the Temple of Time.  When you get there the forcefield will not be visible, but will be on.  Time's a burnin'!  Walk through the door of time.  Before you get there - when you're about even with the stand with the three Spiritual stones the forcefield will become visible.  Now you can walk up to the Pedestal of Time and either pull the sword or drop it back in. (I always thought that drop was the wrong word actually.)  It's kind of cool to see the round blue wall come up around the diamond-shaped vessel which encases Link.

Well, like I said - not that great.  Worthwhile nevertheless.  Thanks for your time Falco!

3. Use the Game Shark Moon Jump code and fly backwards 'till U're over the wall.

4. Now move forward towards the tunnel without going to high. (If you do, You'll pop out of the ground like a Stalchild)

If you go to desert whatever with the spirit temple, stay where the green spinny guys can get you and cut as many of them as you can. Keep doing this and a big Black one will come out of the ground!! It's slower and it has a yellow target thing and it plays enemy music if it's near!
Now cut lots of birds and a huge one of them will come!!

Original first person view

I have found an interesting glitch while using the weapons glitch for epona.
First you must do the sword trick and save then reset . When you start equip the deku nut, the Ocarina, and the bow. Get on epona then throw a deku nut. You will be knocked off then use the bow. You should freeze in mid air with the bow pointed side ways you cannot move it but you can shoot. Now throw another Deku Nut and you will be put into a first person perspective.
You can run around and you will should see link's hair right in front of you like bangs if it worked. It is kinda of glitchy, but it is neat to watch. I think I am the first to discover this so I would like the credit.

If you warp to The Sacred Forest Meadow with hover boots walk up to the big guy with the club. Now get as close as you can let him hit you. Now instead of just falling back, you'll be standing but you'll be hit back farther then the warp point. It is awsome to watch.

Deku Tree and ending

Hello! O.K., first, the glitches. These are nothing special, just mistakes in the cinema scenes. #1-After you beat the forest temple, in the animation where you meet the sprout, the old Deku tree is it's origional brown, after the animation, it is grey. #2-when you clear all the temples, talk to zelda in the temple of time, in an angle where you can see the platform with the 3 stones, you will notice that the stones are gone. The interesting thing- You know how if you save after killing the first gan, if you fight him again, his speach is cut shorter, this is also true for most normal people. Now, the first time you beat the game, rauru says, 6 sages now! send the evil incarnation into the sacred realm! Then they all fly into the triforce? Well, after you beat a game a second time, he just says, 6 sages, now! and then they fly into the triforce. Is it possible the game remembers that you beat it, but doesn't change?

Get more than 100 skulltulas

As a kid, go to Hyrule Castle. Go to the tree by where Talon was. Play the Song of Storms (A, Cd, Cu, A, Cd, Cu) and a grotto will open. Bomb the wall that has a golden skulltulla. Kill it but don't get the token yet. Position yourself right by the platform where you came from. Throw your boomerang at the token. While it's on your boomerang, move on to the platform where you came from. It should say: 'You dest' exactly like that. You will pop up out of the hole. Play the Song of the Storms again, and go back in. The golden spider will still be there but you got credit for the last token. This way you can get all 100 and more without having to find them all!

Invisible Link

Whoever gets this I am proud to say I have found the way to make Link invisible on Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time!  The requirements are a brain and a Gameshark 2.2 (No this isn't just a GameShark code! You must do something else also!)

This code worked on my Zelda v1.1 (Gray cart) so don't complain if it didn't work.

1. Enter this code on the GameShark for Zelda  D01C8675 0020 811DAC50 40CB (L button for moon Jump)

2. While playing, whip out your Ocarina and play Prelude of Light.  Hold down the L after you've played it.
3. While it asks if you want to warp to Temple of Time, keep holding L and hit ok.  Keep holding down the L button.
4. When Link is at Temple of Time, look! He is invisible!! Whoa!

5. What sucks is that when you leave the Temple of Time he'll go back to normal, if you take the sword he will go back to normal also.  But If you hit Up-C your first person view will be from the thing you land on when you warp.  Also Navi will be kinda stuck.

6. This has a very good use for taking pictures of the Temple of Time, or other places you warp to.  Be careful, you can't see Link or his shadow!

BTW: Walk up to the master sword and look away from hit and pull out the Ocarina, that is a nice snapshot for the Master Sword isn't it?

I was the first person ever to find this glitch so give me, [Xcommunicator] , full credit.  xcomunicator@hotmail.com

How to Kill Ganondorf With Just One Arrow

Hey there. It's me, Jason. Here's the cheat I promised. It's how to kill Ganondorf with only one Light Arrow. First off, you need the
Biggoron Sword to do the task. Secondly, you must know that Ganondorf has a recovery time that varies from time to time. Now, in order to kill him with one Light Arrow, fight him off as usual. Once he is struck down by the Light Arrow, you can longshot to him, or just jump right to the platform he's on (with the Biggoron Sword ready) then, once there, you can Z-Target him, and strike 11 blows to finish him off. (When Ganonodorf is hit by a light arrow, this is Navi's only chance to Z-Target) and repeatedly strike him with the Biggoron Sword. If he's taking a long time to recover from the Light Arrow, you can score 11hits on him. After the 11th hit is administered, he will reel back and the cinema scene where he "dies" starts. But, a word of caution on this. If his recovery time is very quick, you must Longshot across to a safe area and fight him all the way. If you're lucky, you won't need to use most of you arrows to stop him. Good Luck.

Courtyard Friends

When in the courtyard of the Hyrule Castle, where Zelda is, there is a window infront of her and on the far walls beside you (the walls surrounding the courtyard). Take out your slingshot and aim at the windows. The one on the right has pictures of Mario, Yoshi, Luigi, etc. If you shoot that window, a red ruppe will come out. If you shoot at the left window, (it has a vase and plant in it) a guy will come out and throw a bomb at you. Its pretty cool as long as you avoid the bomb.

GETTING TOOT BEFORE THE 3 SPIRITUAL STONES

As you are gonna see on the next glitches and in this one, as soon as i knew the 5th bottle trick, i started trying it whith any item in the quest status, and one of the first ones was the fairy ocarina...
Well, what you have to do is, after you go out of the kokiri forest for the first time, go and get the bottle at kakariko (its the only bottle you can get at this time), and do the trick replacing the fairy ocarina with a bottle, now go to met zelda at hyrule castle and learn zelda´s song whitout having the fairy ocarina, check the one you take out to learn the song, The Ocarina Of Time. I was checking the screen of this "ariana" (i know the case is closed), and I noticed it was the same sceen as the one youll see by performing this glitch, and replacing Impa whith the owl...

By tring that bottle trick, you can do some really weird stuff like the glitch I just tolda ya....

FIRING FIRE ARROWS WHITH A BOTTLE???

yup, you got it right, change your bow into a bottle and try equiping fire, ice ore light arrows, wird huh??
Now try using your bow (you really dont have one now) whith epona, you still have it...

I have some other gliches like the one I have just tolda ya but I think you can figure them out by your own, and one last thing, I recomend not to save your game when you try out this glitches.

Sorry I say all things it disorder but I type them in the order they come to my mind; have you checked the way that LTTP and Z64 are alike, I mean, in LTTP you had to get 3 medallions or something like that to get the master sword and go fight Aghaim (i don remember how it is spelled), in Z64 you have to get three spiritual stones to open the door of time and get the master sword, in LTTP you had to rescue the 6 maidens from each temple, in Z64 you have to awake 5 sages (rauru is already awaken)
in each temple, in both games you have to fight ganon 3 times in his diffrent forms, in both games you can go to 2 diffrent worlds that are alike but diffrent, and so on...

Another thing, i think that you have already noticed that the first letters in The Ocarina Of Time, spell TOOT, well, thats how the whistles in Mario Bros 3 where called, and have you checked the song at the begining of Z64, its the song that was played when you used a TOOT in MB3, makes you wonder...

Indoor swimming at Hyrule Castle

I found a way to get in the castle as a kid and no not the courtyard. I show you how.

2. Then head towards the castle but don't get to close or you'll got through the fence.

3. Next get as close as you can without falling off to the top of the hill and walk towards the castle carefully so you don't fall.

4. Once to the edge of the last polygon press C-up and look to your left untill you see the little stream.

5. Now run at the stream and you'll will begin to fall but you should land in some water and will begin to head towards the surface.

6. Now you are in the acstle.

7. Explore see what you can do but watch out you can swim of the edge (so the world is flat after all)

Exploring new areas

*Hyrule Castle*

I found a way to get onto the grassy edges. It was easy, and I mastered it in15 minutes. There is a wall you can walk up to get up there. I think the neatest thing about this is that there is an invisible platform which goes high up. It is on a slant.

1) Go to the passageway with the sign that says "Dead End".
2) Turn to your left and you will see a sharp corner which has an angle less than 90 degrees.
3) Walk to the corner and try to walk up it. If you move in the right angle, you will notice you can walk up the wall a little bit by a few inches, but will fall.
4) Once you're on about 3 inches, zoom in. You should see the vertical corner line run down the middle of the screen. Move the view so that the line is on the middle of the sword icon. Now zoom out.
5) As carefully as possible, move the joystick forward and you will advance up the wall. You will have to move the joystick farther than normal to move yourself because you're on a slant. Be careful no to fall. If you think you are about to, zoom in and realign yourself.
6) Keep moving slowly upward until you reach the grass. Do not run fast until you're on the grass. If you do you will fall and lose your patience.
7) From there, you can explore the edges of the grass. You don't have to worry about sliding down, for it won't happen. You can look at the castle and how it is incomplete or walk on the invisible platform.

Did I mention all of these takes patience, and a lot of it?

*Death Mountain Canyons*

This is somewhat hard, and that is because it is directly on the edge at the
very top where the owl is.

1) Kill all Skulltula's on the wall. You need to incase you fall.
2) The wall in which you can climb is on the left at the edge. The direct left. It is only a half a foot taller than Link.
3) Try to get on the line a little bit. If you miss, you will either fall and land on the platform below (not the one with the Gossip Stone) or slide over the edge and automatically grab the wall from which you climbed.
4) Once you're on the wall, zoom in. Depending on which angle you got on the wall, centering the line may not work since it slants to the upper left corner of the screen. Walk up slowly.
5) You may notice that you'll fall a bit and end up back at the bottom of the corner. Keep walking up the wall until you're on the ledge. You're there!
6) I recommend you come equipped with a Fairy Slingshot or Longshot. Some of the walls are NOT solid and you can fall through. And another thing, don't bother exploring the side of the mountain you are on; it is a death trap.
One wrong move and you will hear that noise you hear when you fall in a pit, thus starting where you last came from.

You can climb to the crater top and look down to see the tunnel below, or you can hit the clouds above you with the Fairy Slingshot. The top is the highest point in the game and you can see everything, even the sun below the level. I tell you, though, the top edges of the texture need to be anti-aliased!

Check out the platform Biggoron sits on. Notice how pixelated it is! It's a nightmare!

*Navigate Haunted Wasteland*

...backwards. As child Link and adult Link, it is possible to get through it backwards. Once you know how, it is easy. I've done it a hundred times so far. I was desperate to get to Gerudo Fortress, so I took a piece of paper, traced my tracks as I followed the Poe, and then tried it backwards. It worked, and I memorized the landscape in doing so. I found out the barriers are the polylines. Walk over it and you're gone. I know which ones to walk over and which ones to stay away from.

1) Go to the Desert Colossus and then to Haunted Wasteland. Child Link or adult Link, it doesn't matter.
2) Once there, walk forward until you see the box. Get to the box for safety from the annoying green things.
3) While on the box, turn to your left. The arrow should be pointing to the upper left corner of the map. In the distance ahead is a sunken area, then a hill. You should see the polygon corner where the hill ends and goes not farther to the left. Run to the hill, avoiding all the green things. Once on the hill, you should see a polyline where the hill goes downward. DO NOT CROSS IT! Follow along the line.
4) Up ahead is a intersection where the planes meet. It is a sunken area that is noticeable during day, but not night. As you near it, go to the left of it and stay away from it by about 3 feet.
5) Assume your normal direction. You now see the poles to the right, but don't run to them... yet. That sunken polyline to the right is a trap.
6) Keep running next to the line until you are halfway past the stone place. Halfway. The two poles nearby are safe. You can turn right and got through them.
7) Tada! You made it! Now memorize it!

Tons of bottles!

DJ here. I Just found out the super duper bottle cheat!!!!!!!

Step 1- Collect the heart container on dodongo's cavern by...

a. Go to where you opean dodongo's cavern.
b. Pick up the bomb, throw it away.
c. Z-Target while in the corner of the small fenced in area. Make sure you are facing away from the drop down to the top of the cavern. d. Do a back flip. If you did it right you will fall onto tye top of the cavern and get the heart peice without using a magic bean.

Step 2- Buy all the Magic beans from the man at Zora's River.
Step 3- Plant all the beans exept the one in front of Dodongo's Cavern. You will have one, USELESS bean left.
Step 4- Collect all four bottles, not an easy task. I'm not sure i you HAVE to do this.
Step 5- Go to a place "adult or child" where you can catch a bug or fish.
Step 6- Equip bottle.
Step 7- Make sure you ca catch the animal. Now swing your bottle.
Step 8- Before you catch the thing press start.
Step 9- Switch the bottle you just used for the ONE magic bean.
Step 10- Watch as the Magic bean stays a bottle. Look at the subscreen. The magic bean is now a bottle with a critter in it!
Step 11- Save.

Conclusion- You can do this trick using other wepons, but this is a fail safe way to keep all nessasary items without missing out on anything. Now you have an extra bottle instead of a USELESS magic bean.

Saving makes the change permanent! Enjoy your new bottle.

Want another? Do the same thing, exept replace the bean with a usless item, namely the ever so useless, Deku Flash nut.

SIX BOTTLES WOWZA!!!!!!

Fun with Signs

If you slash a sign, and then play Zelda's Lullaby right next to it, it will come back together!

Bomb a Gossip stone

When it is flashing either blue or red, whack it your sword. The stone will stay blue or red!

Frogs Glitch

At the frog quartet, play a song that is in the gamepak but you don't know yet. The frogs will stop croaking to your notes!

Fishing out of Lake Hylia

As adult link, go to the Fishing Pond. Get the rod, and put on your hover boots. Go out on the water, and cast. While you are casting, press start and change to the Iron Boots. You will now be able to walk around. Go to the door (control will be hard) and exit. You will now have the fishing rod outside, but it is invisible, and if used, will freeze Link until he is hit by an enemy.

Invincible Deku Stick

As young Link, go to Kokiri Forest and where the Gossip Stone is, jump on the fence. Go to the other side of it, which is the "short side." Hit the fence with a deku stick, and you'll be propelled backwards. You'll grab on to the fence, and you'll have an invincible, but short deku stick.
